Joining Barclays Capital in 1997, Jonathan headed up the legal teams supporting repo and equity financing (including prime brokerage), hedge fund sales and structured OTC derivative transaction management. Jonathan also spent a year assisting in the implementation of guidelines, operating procedures and reporting processes for the Barclays Capital Documentation Unit (a global team that manages all master agreement negotiations). Latterly Jonathan held the role of Director, Head of Structured Products managing a team responsible for the execution and distribution of structured products across all asset classes to both institutional and retail investors. Upon leaving Barclays Capital in 2007, Jonathan joined the Derivatives Consulting Group to establish their legal consulting practice. Jonathan left DCG in early 2009 to set up DRS.
Geoff established Exari’s European business in 2006, opening our London office and growing sales to insurance, investment banking, media, technology and legal customers. Prior to Exari, he was Sales & Services Director for a leading specialist software provider, for the global listed derivatives industry. Prior to this, Geoff worked for NCR for 12 years in a number of sales and management roles.
