Jim Hartford

Jim has spent the last 11 years with focus on Implementation and adoption of contract lifecycle management solutions. This includes experience at Emptoris and IBM working with customers to design, configure and deploy the IBM Emptoris CLM application. Jim also served as the leading practitioner for helping IBM Emptoris customers realize the key business benefits of deploying and using the IBM Emptoris CLM module. In this role, Jim managed a Team of Best Practices consultants, where he and his team worked with the IBM Emptoris consulting teams to develop the Design Approach for customer projects, to develop and institutionalize Best Practices associated with use of IBM Emptoris CLM software, to develop and deliver enablement for IBM Emptoris consultants, and to work directly as Practice Director for selected customer engagements. Jim holds a B.A. from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Rochester.

Marco has been in the contract management space for over 10 years, both as a practitioner and thought leader.  He spent much of his time leading large scale CLM implementations for IBM, and has become an advocate for the use of AI to enhance and help digitize CLM data into actionable insights. Marco currently leads Exari’s Customer Success Program, focused on creating and understanding each of Exari’s customer CLM journeys. Marco holds a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from the University of California Irvine.
